Advanced Landscape Architect (w/m/d)
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Landscape Architect with experience to join our young and dynamic team in Lugano (Switzerland).
Your responsibilities:
- Managing project in collaboration with other landscape architects and reporting to the BU Director
- Design project’s activity program and develop deliverables under coordination of the BU Director
- Implement activities on field in collaboration with LAND team and project’s partners
- Manage the dialogue and continuous exchange with project’s partners and local stakeholders
Your profile:
Degree in Landscape Design and or Architecture and Urban planner, or in analogous disciplines with a specific Master training on Landscape
- 3-5 years of international working experience as Landscape Architect or Landscape Designer
- Outstanding conceptual and design skills
- Knowledge and experience in construction documentation, cost control, construction supervision will be a plus· Proficient with AutoCAD and or Vectorworks skills for BIM methodology application, Adobe Suite
- GIS skills is a plus
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Italian
- Proficient in spoken and written German
- French is a plus
- Time management, organizational and communication skills
- Leadership and ability to work as part of a team
- Plant knowledge and good understanding of planting requirements
- Must have the correct visa requirements to work in Switzerland
